> HiiiWAV is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Oakland, California that bridges creative artists and emerging technology. We provide education, resources, and community for Black and Brown artists navigating the intersection of art and AI.

## About

HiiiWAV (pronounced "high wave") was founded to empower creative communities with technology skills while preserving cultural identity. Our mission is to help artists leverage emerging technologies like AI, XR, and web3 to amplify their creative voices and build sustainable careers.

## Core Programs

### Afro AI
An accelerator program helping Black and Brown artists learn AI tools and build tech-enabled creative businesses. Participants receive mentorship, resources, and pitch opportunities.

### HiiiWAV Fest
Annual festival celebrating the intersection of Black creativity and technology. Features live performances, tech demos, panel discussions, and community networking.

### Oakland Tech Week
Week-long celebration of Oakland's tech ecosystem, bringing together startups, artists, investors, and community members.

### Code Vibes
Youth-focused coding and creative technology workshops in partnership with Oakland schools and community organizations.

### HiiiFrequency
Artist residency program providing studio space, mentorship, and resources for emerging artists working at the intersection of music and technology.
